T-ROC

The T-ROC series has the capability of making over 30 box styles and has 3,000 configurations. In comparison to competitors, it uses both corrugated sheets and fanfold, can glue a tab inside or outside, reuse scrap for any additional boxes, and use corrugated from any source.

Features

  • Runs 32 ECT up to 600 # Double Wall in any length
  • Blank does not need to be cut to size before making the box
  • Can slit multiple pads in width and length on one pass
  • Creates any box size from 3x3x3 RSC to large, four-piece boxes
  • Can run up to 125 boxes per hour (based on 12”x12”x 2” RSC)
  • Every panel of every box has individual score allowances
  • Optional Auto Feeder
  • Urethane Rollers drive single or double-wall material
  • Interlocks on all doors
  • All replacement electronic parts have pre-wired connectors
  • All cylinders and valves are lubed for the life of the part

T-ROC ABM

The T-ROC ABM creates custom, on-demand corrugated boxes from corrugated sheets while being sustainable. ABM is environmentally friendly because it requires less corrugated and packing material. It also saves costs overall since smaller packaging reduce shipping expenditure.

Case Erectors

Case erecting is an advanced automated manufacturing system that has the ability to erect and bottom seal corrugated cases. This machine helps to increase production for a wide range of medium-speed applications. In our manufacturing plant there is just about an erector for every imaginable application, anything ranging in size from an extra small to extra tall and with a wide range of speed capabilities.

Tray Erectors

The tray erector is an environmentally friendly automated tray forming solution that is designed to erect self-locking corrugated boxes and paperboard trays. It eliminates the use of glue and pressure sensitive tape. Our machines are capable of forming many one piece and three piece tray designs.

Bliss Machine

Bliss machines form large quantities of cases within moments to optimize production. This powerful yet space saving machine has the capability of forming hundreds of different styles of tray and bliss cases. It is widely used in the meat, poultry, and dairy industries.

3M-Matic™ Case Sealer

The 3M-Matic™ Case Sealers are built for durability and dependability. 3M-Matic™ Case Sealers feature a curvilinear design that applies tape securely and consistently but with low impact in order to help protect lightweight cartons and contents. These case sealers can help increase plant safety, reduce labor costs and decrease downtime because of the machine’s extensive safety features and improved processes.

  • Available drive configurations include bottom, side, or top and bottom belt drive.
  • Packaging speeds are 19, 24, 30, and 40 cases per minute
  • Maximum case widths are 21-1/2, 25-1/2, and 31-1/2 inches
  • Dual masts with twin lead screws for greater stability of taping head
  • Emergency stop positioned for quick and easy access
  • Laced belts with traction grip for reliable feeding and easy replacement
